How durable are Hoverpens?
Hoverpens are designed to last over 100 years. Each is precision-crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum and zinc alloy, backed by a 5-Year Warranty. Universal ink refills make them easy to maintain for life.
What is the delivery time?
Orders typically ship within 1 business day and arrive in 2–6 business days later, depending on your location.
What ink refills do you use?
Each Hoverpen is designed with longevity and flexibility in mind.
Hoverpen Classic & Hoverpen Interstellar:
Compatible with standard D1 ballpoint ink cartridges, including high-performance options from Schmidt and other leading brands. Each pen comes with a fine (F) black cartridge pre-installed, plus an additional fine (F) blue refill included in the box.
Hoverpen Future (Rollerball Nib):
Uses Schmidt 888 ceramic roller cartridges, known for their smooth, controlled flow. Each pen includes a fine (F) black cartridge pre-installed, plus an additional fine (F) blue refill included in the box.
Hoverpen Future (Fountain Pen Nib):
Refillable with any bottled ink of your choice, using the included K5 European-spec converter for precision and ease. Each pen comes with a black ink cartridge pre-installed.
Hoverpen Future (2-in-1):
Features a pre-installed black fountain pen cartridge and comes with a fine (F) black rollerball cartridge refill included in the box.

Is it suitable for left-handed writers?
Yes. Every Hoverpen is ergonomically designed for both left- and right-handed users, with smooth ink flow and balanced grip.
Does it require electricity?
Not at all. The Hoverpen floats using carefully calibrated magnetic repulsion, with no electricity, batteries, or charging required. It remains perfectly suspended, balanced by design until you’re ready to write.
The name Novium comes from combining the words "Novel" and the suffix “ium” (used in metals such as Titanium). We hope to bring unique elements to your life as well.
