Go Boom Europe SAS is the official exclusive distributor of Novium products in Europe.

Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Go Boom Europe, acting as the legal seller of the products offered on this Site.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase after receiving the order.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exception – Personalized Products (Engraving):

Personalized products, including engraved items, cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Defective Personalized Items:

If defective, the primary remedy is a replacement. Refunds apply only if replacement is unavailable.
